Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Logo Studio, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service generates custom logo designs and brand marks from your descriptions and preferences. AI output can occasionally resemble existing marks: before using a generated logo commercially, run your own trademark and availability checks. We do not guarantee that any generated design is unique or registrable as a trademark.

Your content

Subject to these terms, you may use logos you generate for your own business and brand. You keep ownership of inputs you provide. Do not ask the service to reproduce the logo or trademark of another company.

Credits and payment

Generation features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
